A coordinated program for your property
Plazas, office properties, commercial condominiums, industrial sites and institutional facilities need different levels of care. We build the program around the areas you need maintained, the frequency you require and the reporting your team uses.
- Winter snow and ice: parking-lot plowing, sidewalks, entrances, salting and ice management according to the agreed trigger, priorities and site plan. Snow relocation or hauling is specified separately where required.
- Grounds and landscaping: commercial mowing, trimming, weeding, garden-bed care, mulch, seasonal cleanups and approved landscape improvements.
- Commercial litter pickup and property portering: ordinary litter collected from the agreed parking areas, entrances, curbs and landscape edges. Daily service, 365 days a year, is available where included in the contract.
- Parking-lot and exterior care: spring sweeping and selected asphalt, curb, catch-basin, grading or drainage work can be assessed and quoted alongside your maintenance program.
Daily litter pickup with a practical onsite routine
Your porter follows an agreed route and places ordinary collected litter in your designated onsite dumpster or compactor. This service uses the property’s disposal facilities; offsite hauling and tipping are not part of the portering scope. Access instructions, service areas and visit timing are established before the program starts.
Every daily portering agreement includes a weekly infrastructure report highlighting observed maintenance needs with photographs and locations. Any repair work is scoped, priced and approved separately.
Service records that support property oversight
Our standard for every service visit we perform is to record before-and-after photographs and visit times in YETI. GPS or geofencing information is included when captured, and client access to records follows the reporting setup agreed for the property. These records help your team review completed work, follow up on observations and maintain an organized property history.
You have one point of contact for the maintenance program and a written scope for each service. Reporting requirements and response expectations are agreed with you at the start.
